We believe through Jesus we find life as it was meant to be lived. Practicing the Way of Jesus means being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus did. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the recovery of this ancient practice of Sabbath. The Sabbath is a twenty-four hour time period set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. It is the best day of the week. Join us on four week journey of discovering the rhythm you were created for.
